Wha-What happened… Am I… dead? … Faxon placed his hand on his forehead. No… my head hurts to much for me to be dead… He blinked open his eyes and stared at his surroundings for a moment before sitting up. Trees? A bench? I don’t recognize them… As Faxon got up he noticed a small computer next to him on the ground. Where did this come from? He picked it up and walked over to the bench. His head was still pounding as he sat down.
how’d I get here? The last thing I remember was getting dizzy… stepping into the road… and seeing two bright lights right before… He gulped. Did a car hit me?! … no…I don’t feel like I got hit by a car… I think someone shoved me out of the way… but even if they did how’d I end up here? This doesn’t make any sense… shouldn’t I be near the road? Or at a hospital? Ahhh! Faxon griped his head with both hands. And my head is killing me! … maybe I should try to get home… He reached into his pocket and pulled out his computer phone. It didn’t turn on. The battery is dead? Now what am I going to do…
