An incident

Atsuke stared at his comunicator hopefully it still worked after something strange hit him he looked around the abandoned ground to find himself laying in a puddle of his own blood shakingly he grabbed the communicator again and tried to turn it on but got no signal he closed his eyes and gave in realizing it was hopeless. he knew he was simply waiting for his death to come.

A squeak echoed in the distance of the fairground, every second it getting closer and closer to Atsuke until a small robot became visable. It was carried by one wheel underneath it's body which was the reason for the squeaking, the rust on the wheel evident it hadn't been moved in a while. A red glow emitted from one of it's eyes, the other being cracked and only flashing in sequence to the other, now and then.

A small sounded beep was coming from it's chest, increasing in tempo as it squeaked closer and closer to Atsuke. Upon reaching him, the robot beeped one loud last time before falling silent for a few moments. The robot stood still, the light in it's working eye flickering on and off and it looked over Atsuke. After a few moments, a few buzzes and whirrs sounded from it's chest and it beeped in unison with Atsuke's communicator.

Upon doing so the robot returned to "normal." It seemed to blink, by following a blinking motion in it's eye, followed lazily by the cracked bulb. Wheeling around Atsuke, it twirled it's hand-like robotics together in a nervous like motion. "Oh dear..." The robot leant down by his face, reaching out it's magnet like hand and nudging him. "Hello? Are you alright?" It called, it's voice seeming masculine yet not extremely gruff or low, more worried. Nudging the laying person again after no response, he reversed and opened his central chest cabinet. In doing so, a few rolls of bandage managed to fall out onto the floor, a packet of plasters were almost blew away by the wind but were caught by the latch of his compartment.

Flailing to attempt to catch the falling items, and letting out a estraged "Waaah!" it failed as most items fell straight to the ground, only one bandage touching his magnet-shaped hand on the fall, and just using it to bounce off."Oh dear...oh no" He rambled whilst leaning over, a long screech emitting from his back, followed by a clunk. Stuck in that position, it leant it's arm back and hit it's self to regain mobility. Using slower movements, the robot bent down again and successfully picked the things back up, cramming them quickly into his compartment.

Plucking out a bandage, the robot leant back over Atsuke's body and began to bandage him up, doing a neat job of it even with the odds stacked against it for not having correctly shaped hands for the designated task. After a few minutes, all bleeding parts had been decontaminated and covered by plasters and bandages. Leaning back, the robot seemed to sigh happily before putting it's "arms" under Atsuke's, lifting him up half way to see it he could use his feet, if not it'd most likely have to carry him to a place where he could rest for a while.

Atsuke at his only half consciousness had barely idea of what was going on, his vision was blurred, he dropped right down to the floor as the strange little robot tried to put him back on his feet, his body shook massively, he wasnt in controle of what his body did he was staring at the red lights of the robots eyes but simply couldnt make up what it was that was helping him, he closed his eyes finaly completely losing consciousness.

[Robot]

"Aaaah!" The robot exclaimed as Atsuke dropped to the ground and began to shake. It positioned a hug-like gesture to cease the shaking, causing itself to shake also. When it had finished, it let go and leaned back, watching as Atsuke lost conciousness. "Oh dear oh dear..." It mumbled, fumbling it's hands again as it turned it's head side to side, looking for a place to put him.

Turning back to him, the robot picked him up, it's parts creaking at the weight, yet it didn't seem to struggle. Squeaking over to the unmoving ferris wheel, it swung open the door of the carriage at the bottom and dropped Atsuke inside, unaware of it's clumsiness.

Upon doing so, it wheeled back a few paces and turned to squeak away into a colourful tent. A few moments later, it returned with a plastic cup filled with water, it's juddery movements spilling it with every rotation of the wheel. As it reached Atsuke again, it jerked and accidentally splashed some onto his face, only 1/4 of the original water now remaining still in the cup. "Oh no!" It buzzed, nudging Atsuke with it's "hand" and offering the cup out to him.

Atsuke gained consciousness as the water hit his face followed by the nudging, he pushed himself up and looked around, then he spotted a little robot holding out a barely half filled cup of water towards him, he looked at the cup then took it and drank it ''uh.... thanks'' he said as he tried to scramble to his feet failing time after time.

eventually Atsuke just held on to the ferris wheel carriage trying to keep himself standing looking at the skin deep wounds he had from falling after being attacked. he looked at the robot ''hey I saw you in a blog....'' he said while still holding on to keep himself from falling again.

[Robot]

Robot buzzed happily as Atsuke came round. It took the empty cup from him and threw it in a nearby bin before wheeling back. "Blog post, correct. Blog was as follows: HELLO CITIZENS THIS IS ROBOT I AM HERE TO HELP IF YOU NEED ANYTHING PLEASE ASK ME QUESTIONS I AM HERE TO HELP FEEL FREE TO REPLY TO THIS BLOG POST I AM HERE TO HELP" It exclaimed, in a raised tone of voice. "End blog post. You did not reply, you are Atsuke correct? Do you not want to ask any questions?" It asked, it's broken light flickering whilst it's main light stared seemingly questioningly at Atsuke.

"I am here to help citizens. You are a citizen, would you like help? I helped you with your injuries, can I do anything else for you, sir?" It beeped in a helpful tone, acting more like a shop assistant than a robot.

Atsuke blinked ''well you can start by telling me what this city is I have been here about 2 days longer then those other guys but no one seems to know how we got here, how to get home or what we're supposed to do here..... I started calling this place a hell hole but right now..... I just wanna go home.... and I think all those other people want to go home as well......'' Atsuke then realized he didnt answer the question the robot asked earlier ''uh yes.... I am Atsuke.....Atsuke Tashugi....''

[Robot]

"Yes, I know who you are~" The Robot chimed in response, "And in answer to your question, this is a city. I am unknown to why you are, I only know to serve citizens here in the city. I am unknown to know whether you can leave, and this is the City of the Lost, as named by the previous citizens!" It replied happily. "Are you still hungry?" It asked, wheeling away before letting him answer. Accidentally tripping on the lever for the ride, the ferris wheel creaked before starting to move around. "Ah! Oh dear!" It exclaimed, flailing it's arms nervously.

in Reflex Atsuke pulled himself back into the carriage and shouted down ''get me back down!!'' he never would let anyone know his fright of heights but as he reached the top he was nearing the point of panic and moved around panicking moving the carriage around as well.

Radburn raced through the gates of the amusement park. "Boo-yah!!! I knew we'd find one, Leon!!!"

She walked around, taking in all of the rides, keeping an eye out for signs of life, yet secretly plotting on where to go next. The bumper cars, the hall of mirrors, everything shone with that sparkle of carnival joy. "It looks like fun....."

She heard a noise above her head and looked up. She was near the ferris wheel, which was slowly moving in a circle as ferris wheels do, and.....

....And someone was riding it.

She called over to Leon."Hey, look at this." She looked up again. "Someone's up there!!!"

Leon rushed to where Radburn was, He is holding a blue balloon he plucked from somewhere closeby "You found someone?!" He looked up, spotting the new person too.

"Well for better or for worse.... We gotta do something!!"

[radburn]

She squinted her eyes, brushing her bangs back and concentrating on the little dot up above her. "Isn't there a lever nearby where we can shut this thing off?!" The lever!!! Yeah!!!

She ran over to a box near the entrance of the ride, frantically looking around. "Lever....lever, lever..." Her hand hovered over an explosion of multicolored control buttons before she finally found what she was looking for and pulled down. "Yesssss!!!" She ran back to the ferris wheel, cupping her hands around her mouth. "HEY!!! HEY, YOU!!! STAY CALM AND DON'T MOVE UNTIL THE RIDE COMES TO A COMPLETE STOP!!!"

[Robot]

[Hey guys, remember to stick to the post order, okay?]

As the robot heard the voices of others, it headed into a nearby tent to gain some more supplies, more relaxed that there were others and that they'd get him down. After a few minutes of creating candy floss on sticks, it squeaked back out of the tent towards the ferris wheel again.

A happy buzz expelled from it as it saw that they'd managed to stop the ferris wheel. "Thankyou.." He began to say, his one good eye flashing at each of them in turn, his other eye attempting to keep up with the flashing motion but going completely out of time with the other. Upon stopping, he continued his sentence "Radburn and Leon."

Looking back to the candy floss in his hands, he offered them forwards, having gathered three presumably one for each of them. "Would you like something to eat? A beverage perhaps?" He asked, beeping contently.

Atsuke looked down at the 2 people below barely hearing what they were saying, ''hey! however you are get me down from here!!'' his voice sounded like he was about to freak out, he didnt even care about talking to others for a change and ran around the carriage nervously waiting for the ferris wheel to put him savely to the ground. once down he walked up to the people ''thank you!'' he said clearly grateful. ''I hate heights....'' his moon Blue eyes glinted as he looked up into the sky and back at the 2 people.

''more people keep coming everyday...I dont understand.....'' Atsuke stared at the robot ''you got some more water? my throat is sore of screaming....''

Atsuke sat down to rest for a bit still looking at the other people.

Radburn shook her head at the robot. "I-I'm fine, thank you." She walked over to the new person, eyeing him anxiously. "You okay, man?"
